Media Rolls in India

I am very surprised that Media especially electronic Media is raising issues about Asaram ji (i am adding "Ji" just because of his accusation is still not proven but also it is truth that without fire; smoke can't be produce.) when F.I.R. been lodge and he caught by Police. It is very confusing that you have had all information and evidences which can prove that he is accused and allegation would be right , not legally but enough for meaningful social awareness.  If electronic Media have investigative journalism approach that why it has been disclosed before this F.I.R.
